Defective / Damaged Products
In the event of an item being received defective or damaged, please get in touch with us and our support team will have the matter resolved as best as they can. Please do so within 30 days of the item being received.
Change Of Mind Returns
Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us to organize the return. Please note, the following terms apply:
• All items being returned must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation in the return package.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping charges paid (if any) are non-refundable.
• You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item to us.
• Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your return.
Please retain your tracking number and details in the unlikely event we do not receive your return.
